2. The optimum culture temperature of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans is 30 C. Within these two temperature ranges, the enzyme activity is high, the biochemical reaction rate and growth rate of cells are fast; but the important components of microbial organisms, such as nucleic acid and protein, are sensitive to temperature and can be irreversibly destroyed with the increase of temperature.
3. When the inoculation amount increased, the initial number of bacteria in the culture medium increased, and Thiobacillus ferrooxidans multiplied rapidly. However, due to the limited nutrients in the culture medium, excessive bacterial liquid was added to affect the growth and reproduction of bacteria.
